Yin Yoga and Sound meditation
Slow down. Tune in. Restore from within.
Experience a nurturing blend of Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation—a gentle yet powerful practice designed to bring deep relaxation, inner stillness, and energetic balance.
In this workshop, we’ll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga sequence: a series of long-held, floor-based postures that target the deep connective tissues, encouraging physical release and mental stillness. This slow, meditative practice invites you to soften, surrender, and reconnect with your breath and body.
As your body opens and relaxes, you’ll be guided into a sound meditation using calming frequencies from instruments such as, Tibetan bowls, armonium and matra chancing. These soothing sounds help to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create a space for inner healing and reflection.
This experience is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, manage stress, or explore deeper states of mindfulness and calm. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just come as you are.
